She is Editor of the National Genealogical Society’s NGS Magazine and a Contributing Editor at Family Tree Magazine (US). She specializes in US records, particularly those of religious denominations: she is co-author of the NGS award-winning book, How to Find Your Family History in U.S. Church Records (with Harold Henderson, CG), and author of Searching for Sisters: A Guide to Researching Catholic Nuns in the United States.
