Book giveaway and exchange details: this is a wonderful opportunity to find a book from Sue Hassenmiller’s extensive personal collection to help with your family history research. Sue Hassenmiller, who passed away last year, was a BIGS charter member and accomplished researcher. All members are welcome to bring books from their collections for the giveaway (note: if your book doesn’t find a new home, it goes home with you).

Often overlooked details in historic photographs can provide important clues such as when and where a photo was taken; social standing or occupation; fraternal organization memberships; or a recent death in family. Join us and learn how to find hidden clues that may be lurking in your historic family photos! All are welcome.
